Lead Service Location Map
Step 1: Look up your property information using the search box. Addresses that match your search will auto-populate as you type.
Step 2: Click on your address from the drop-down menu below the search box. Your map view will automatically pull to the address you selected and will show your address “dot”.
Step 3: Once the map is showing your address “dot”, the materials of your utility side (Providence Water owned) service line and private side (customer owned) service line will show on your screen. The two sides of the service line may be different materials.
Step 4: Use the map’s legend to identify your water service line materials. The color of the left half of the dot shows your utility service line material, and the color of the right half shows your private service line material.
- For example, if the left half of your "dot" is green and the right half is red, that means the utility side of your service line is not lead, while the private side of your service line is lead.
- If the right half of your “dot” is blue and your material is listed as “unknown,” we need your help. Please click on the “Report your Service Line” button for instructions on how to self-report the material of your service line.
Step 5: If your address has a lead or unknown service line material, click the “Sign Up For Replacement” button to register in leadCAST and sign up for a free replacement.
