A summary of the total amount due including the due date. Special notes in this section of the bill also indicate if your account has a credit or is past due.
Account Information
Customer name, account number, service address and billing date.
Billing Details
All charges to the current billing period as well as outstanding amounts due and prior payments and/or adjustments.
Usage History
Shows your meter details including read dates and prior/current reads. Also includes a water usage history graph to help track your current usage in comparison to the same month in the prior year.

Important messages from Providence Water will appear here.
Payment Stub
The payment coupon, also known as a payment stub, is located at the bottom of your bill. Separate the stub and return with payment as indicated.
QR Code to View Your Account Online
The QR code on your bill stub allows you to access your online account using your smartphone. Scanning the code takes you to the account login page where you can review your bill online, view past charges, and make a payment.
Current Activity Due Date
The date by which payment must be received to avoid penalties. If your account is signed up for autopay, a special indication will be included here as well.
