Important Update: Customer Service Walk-In Center Closure 

Providence Water continues to monitor daily developments regarding COVID-19 at the state and national level. We are following guidance from the CDC and Rhode Island health and emergency response officials.

Our focus now is to increase preventative actions to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 in order to keep our customers, employees and communities healthy. We encourage you to stay informed and consider the CDC website as a resource for further information.

 

At this time, out of an abundance of caution amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Providence Water has decided to close its headquarters at 125 Dupont Drive in Providence. The office will close Monday, March 16th through Friday, April 17th. We will periodically reevaluate to determine a reopening date.

During this time, Providence Water will not be turning water off due to non-payment.
